Our Product
All our pieces are hand made only with the highest quality. Each design specifies the materials and sizes in which they are crafted. Please allow for natural variations in stone shape, size, color, and cut. Rough-hewn natural imperfections and variations contribute to the unique look of each piece.
How to order
The simplest way to order is through our web site. Create an account with us and you will be able to shop safely. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Be sure to log off your account when you are finished with your purchase.
Privacy policy
Information about our costumers is an important part of our business. We do not share information with any other third party, without your express consent. We share costumer information only with the shipping company that will deliver your order.
Payment options
By Mail:
Simply add your item to the shopping cart and select payment method click on Check/Money Order, continue and print the Order Confirmation, mail it with your Check/money Order payable to: Balance Jewelry. By the time that we have secured your payment, we will be shipping your order and you will be notified by email or by phone.
Pay Pal:
Our only authorized payment processor online. Pay Pal is a free account-based system that provides the most secure, instant and convenient online payment available today. To protect customer security and privacy, Pay Pal uses the latest technology and strict Protocols to keep your personal information safe, SSL Secured (Secure Sockets Layer
Protocol). Please read Pay Pal privacy policy. Balance Jewelry will never be provided with sensitive financial information such as your Credit Card or Bank Account details.
Process your payment
After you have checked out your items and signed up for a Pay Pal account you will be taken to a transaction page. Here you will be able to review the details of your order, including the total purchase amount. You may pay for your purchase securely and instantly, using funds from your Pay Pal account or Credit Card (Visa, Discover, American Express, debit card, e-check or Bank transfer. Once your payment is processed, we will ship your order and you will be notify by email. California residents add 8.25% Sales Tax.
Shipping & Handling
Currently we are only able to ship addresses within the United States, by UPS. At this time we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or US territories.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, Balance Jewelry will accept any unused items in their original package/form. In order to do so, you will need to contact us within three days of receiving your item(s). Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. If you need to return a product, please email us at service@balancejewelry.com. We will send you detailed return instructions. Be sure to include your order number and a brief message explaining why you are not satisfied with your purchase. For any returned items, client will pay for all shipping costs. For security purposes, please insure your return package against being lost in transit. We will credit your account accordingly when we have received the item(s).

For more information about our products or to inquire about any of the sold pieces, custom sizes, colors or materials (or if you need to match earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.) please contact monica@balancejewelry.com. Brides are pleased with our designs; we match necklaces earrings, bracelets, accessories to Bride, Mother of the Bride, and Bride’s maids. We understand the need for feeling a sense of harmony on that special day, in every single detail. Contact us for special pricing. If materials are available, we can reproduce some of the sold pieces. Some materials are no longer available, but we will try our best to satisfy your needs. Please be advised that custom-made orders begin upon receipt of the order and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. All custom-made orders are final. Custom-made orders take time so clear communication is important. Custom-made orders usually require more than one design. Please remember that all items are personally hand-crafted by the designer and it takes time for each one to be completed. Customers who require more than three designs are assessed a 20% custom-order surcharge. For special orders, please contact us at monica@balancejewelry.com.
Balance Jewelry prohibits the reselling of our items. If anyone is interested in resale at Boutiques and/or Galleries, please feel free to contact us for authorization.
